Madeleine, also known as Maddie, finds joy in supporting the mental and physical health of parents along their journeys leading up to and throughout parenthood, utilising the wisdom of Chinese Medicine.

She is passionate about supporting the fertility journeys of both men and women and is trained in Kirsten Wolfe’s ‘Fertile Life Method and Fertile Life Mastery’ systems. She also offers compassionate child led care to children and adolescents, nurturing their emotional wellbeing and physical health via gentle treatments and herbal formulas.

Maddie’s fascination with Chinese Medicine began in childhood, when the aroma of her mother’s herbal concoctions filled their kitchen. The ‘twigs and berries’ intrigued her, and she often wondered why her Mum would sip that muddy looking liquid, pinching her nose in the process! By her early twenties, facing challenges with her menstrual health Maddie sought the help of Chinese Medicine. The results were transformative, offering relief during her pregnancies, alleviating postpartum depression, supporting her breastfeeding journey, and preparing her mentally and physically for her second child.

Practicing from Ferntree Gully and Hawthorn, Maddie’s treatments may include gentle acupuncture, herbal prescriptions, warming moxibustion, cupping and gua sha - along with a comforting cup of tea.

She is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine, Acupuncturist, Chinese Herbalist, member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA), registered with the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia (CMBA) and the Australian health practitioner regulation agency (AHPRA).
